Privacy Policy

Kinbox is an AI inbox and messenger for insurance and real-estate agents. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how it is handled. Kinbox is operated by Shukream.

Data we access

• Google account (via Clerk sign-in): your name, email, and profile image, used to create and identify your account.
• Gmail (with your explicit consent): we read your email to surface threads needing attention, and send replies you approve. Scopes: read, modify (labels/read-state), and send. We do not sell or share email content.
• Google Calendar (when you enable scheduling): we read and create/edit calendar events on your behalf.
• Messages you send in Kinbox: channel and direct messages, stored to deliver conversations.

How we use it

Data is used only to provide Kinbox features (inbox triage, AI draft replies, messaging, scheduling). AI providers process message and email text to generate drafts and summaries; we do not use your data to train models. We do not sell personal data.

Storage & deletion

Data is stored in our database (Supabase) and authentication provider (Clerk). OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in Settings, and request account deletion by contacting us; deleting your account removes your stored data.

Google API limited use

Kinbox's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
